The heart behind Santo Tails. With over a decade of hands-on pet care experience, I’m fully insured and certified in pet CPR and first aid. I understand how stressful it can be to leave your pets with someone new, which is why I approach every visit with the same love, attentiveness, and reliability I’d want for my own animals.
From energetic puppies and curious kittens to senior pets with specialized needs, I’ve worked with a wide range of temperaments, medical requirements, and routines. Whether it’s administering daily medications, supporting anxious pets, or just making sure tails are wagging and whiskers are happy—I’ve got it covered.
I’m also a proud pet mom to a spunky Mini Aussie and two tuxedo cats, and I grew up surrounded by boxer dogs and feline companions. At Santo Tails, your pet’s comfort and safety always come first—because they’re not just pets, they’re family.
After years of working as a teacher, I realized my greatest joy came from building trust, offering care, and creating calm in sometimes chaotic moments—skills that translate perfectly to working with animals. Starting Santo Tails allowed me to combine my love for pets with my passion for teaching. My long-term goal is to become a certified dog trainer, and this business is the first pawprint on that path.
Santo Tails is inspired by the word “santo,” meaning “saint” or “holy” in Spanish—a nod to the pure, unconditional love our pets bring into our lives. To me, every tail wag, purr, and playful zoomie is a little reminder of that sacred bond. Santo Tails was born from the idea that pet care should feel just as personal, intentional, and loving as caring for family—because that’s exactly what our animals are.
