Please note: An additional $20 applies for U.S. federal holidays (New Year's Day, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Washington's Birthday, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day).

Same-Day Bookings & Cancellation Policy

Since a meet & greet is required for all services, I typically do not accept same-day bookings, but can accommodate 1 day advance notice following a M&G.
While plans change, I appreciate at least 24 hours notice if a booking needs to be cancelled, and to avoid a 20% cancellation fee.
In extenuating circumstances, I will accept same-day cancellations.

Other Important Info

Please note, that if booking drop-in services for dogs, I do not accept 1 x 30 min drop-in visit per day bookings. For extended drop-in bookings, at minimum I require more than 1 hour (exception: the booking only lasts a total of one day, in which case, 30 min bookings are accepted).
